The MEET PROGRAM is attached! Please print at home & highlight your child’s events. We will not have copies at the pool. Kindly avoid last-minute changes. Questions/concerns: email us at [email protected].

TIMERS: Note that you must attend the Timer’s Briefing! Plan accordingly!

SCHEDULE

• 5:10 pm Merrimack team arrives
• 5:20 pm Volunteer check-in at pool entrance and briefings.
• 5:30 pm Merrimack Warm-up (11 and up)
• 5:50 pm: Timers/Officials on deck and National Anthem
• 6:00 pm: Meet Begins

• VOLUNTEERS:
  • We still need a runner for the meet. Sign up please!

• FOOD:
  • The concession stand will have burgers, hot dogs, and snacks, as well as beverages.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING: The pool address is 5205 Little Falls Drive. Little Falls is saving their parking lot for Merrimack families because parking restrictions are tight in the neighborhood. You may park on the side streets off Little Falls Drive if the lot fills up, but do not park on Little Falls Drive! You may also park at Westbrook Elementary parking lot and walk down Allan Road to the back entrance of the pool.

WEATHER POLICY:

The weather may be an issue tonight. The meet can go on in light rain (dress with that in mind), but thunder or heavy rain will result in delays and maybe cancellation. Upon hearing the first roll of thunder there will be a 30 minute delay. Subsequent thunder resets the clock for another 30 min, with a maximum overall wait of 45 minutes.

Little Falls will make all weather-related decisions. We will communicate as fast and frequently as we can. Sadly, we are not able to reschedule B-meets.
