Visiting Team Information
DIRECTIONS: PLEASE NOTE GPS MAY NOT ALWAYS BE RELIABLE. Address: 6400 Pyle Road, Bethesda – 301.229.6579
PARKING: Large lot and ample street parking. Please be courteous to neighbors. Please do not park in front of the emergency fire gate.
VISITING TEAM SET UP: Please set up where the red box is drawn on the aerial view, we will also have signs.

8:20am: Officials meeting
8:25-8:50 am: Visiting team warm-up
8:30am: Timer meeting
8:50 am: Scratch meeting
9:00am: Start of meet
B MEET SCHEDULE:
5:20pm: Volunteer Check-In
5:20pm: Visiting Team Warm-Ups
5:50pm: First events line-up
6:00 pm: Meet begins
VOLUNTEERS: Refreshments provided during the break in the baby pool area.
FOOD & DRINK: Mack’s Cafe offering DELICIOUS food off the grill for B meets and breakfast sandwiches and pastries for A meets. In addition, Mack’s offers snacks, drinks, and ice cream novelties. NO CASH! Cards and Apple Pay accepted.
