Meet Program QR code

I generated and attached a QR code that points to the Google Drive file in the new folder I created "Meet Program-QR Code" and the file name is "Meet_Program.pdf". I also changed the share options on the file to "anyone with link". Please test this out and see if it works for you all and then we can decide if we want to try posting it this weekend. If we use the same file name in the same folder each week, the code stays the same.
@Tim, maybe we can recruit Catherine for more signs if we decide to move ahead.
