Awesome swimming in our A and B meets this week! Thank you to our wonderful coaches and parent volunteers! Keep reading for important information about this busy week.

MOST IMPORTANT

BY TONIGHT, SUNDAY 6/29/25!

• 11:59 PM DEADLINE to RSVP for this week’s B MEET and A MEET!!!
  • Our third B Meet is this Wednesday at Palisades. Everyone is eligible to swim, but your swimmer will not swim unless you mark them “available” for the meet.
  • If you swam the A Meet on Saturday, you may not swim the same events in the B Meet. The only exception is freestyle. You may swim again if you did not finish in the top 5.
  • Our A meet this Saturday, 7/5 is at Westleigh
• RELAY CARNIVAL!!
  • The Relay Carnival is an annual meet where coaches select which swimmers will compete. This year, the meet will be held on July 6th at Damascus.
  • Relay Carnival Entries are attached!
  • Relay entries and relay order are subject to change (up until the moment of the race!)

FRIDAY, 4TH OF JULY: NO PRACTICE

TUESDAY 7/1: Pep Rally

WEDNESDAY 7/2: 5pm B-MEET at Palisades

• Morning only practices
• Theme: 4th of July

• Meet details coming this week: Make sure to volunteer!

THURSDAY 7/3:

• A-Meet entries emailed.
• 8:45 am Donuts & Weekly Awards!
• Car Window Decorating after awards!

FRIDAY 7/4: Happy 4th of July!

• No swim practice.

SATURDAY 7/5: 8am AWAY A-Meet at Westleigh,

• Theme: 4th of July

• Meet details coming later this week. Make sure to volunteer!

SUNDAY 7/6: 8 am Relay Carnival at Damascus

• Theme: 4th of July
• Entries are attached (subject to change)

DONUTS & WEEKLY AWARDS ON THURSDAY AT 8:45 AM

Donuts and awards are a fun and delicious Merrimack tradition during Friday morning practice! Coaches hand out weekly awards to swimmers who show great sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork. Then EVERYONE gets donuts. Here are last week’s Award Winners–Go Merrimack!
