• THEME: 4th of July! Wear your red, white, and blue!

SCHEDULE:

• 5:10 Arrival for swimmers warming up (ages 9 and up)
• 5:25 Merrimack Warm-up
• 5:30 Officials Meeting by the Middle Pool
• 5:40 Timers Meeting by the Gazebo/ Snack Bar
• 5:40 Arrival for swimmers 8 and under (not warming up)
• 6:00 Meet Begins

IMPORTANT MEET DETAILS

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING: The pool address is 6918 Seven Locks Road Cabin John, MD 20818. If the pool parking lot is full, we can use the parking lot for the park next door.

MEET ENTRIES: Attached.

• Please review and email us ASAP (by noon Tuesday) if your swimmer can no longer make it: [email protected].
• FINAL details and meet program will be sent out early Wednesday.
• No deck entries or event changes at the meet!
• Swimmers cannot compete in the same events as in the previous A meet. The exception is swimmers who place 6-12 in freestyle at the A meet.

VOLUNTEERS:

• We still need to fill a number of volunteer roles for Wednesday, including timers, clerk of the course, a runner, and ribbon writer. Volunteers are essential to a successful meet! Volunteers must arrive by 5:30pm.

FOOD AND MORE:

• The Palisades snack bar will be open for dinner.
• Swimmers should refrain from using the leisure pool during the meet.
