Let’s get ready for a fast and fabulous B meet at Palisades! Wear your red, white, and blue!

The MEET PROGRAM is attached. Please print at home & highlight your child’s events. We will not have copies at the pool.

SCHEDULE:

• 5:10 Arrival for swimmers warming up (ages 9 and up)
• 5:25 Merrimack Warm-up
• 5:30 Officials Meeting by the Middle Pool
• 5:40 Timers Meeting by the Gazebo/ Snack Bar
• 5:40 Arrival for swimmers 8U (not warming up)
• 6:00 Meet Begins

REMINDERS:

• DIRECTIONS AND PARKING: The pool address is 6918 Seven Locks Road Cabin John, MD 20818. If the pool parking lot is full, we can use the parking lot for the park next door.

• VOLUNTEERS: We need TWO more timers and ONE assistant clerk of course. Use this link to sign up. For those who already signed up--THANK YOU!
  • Volunteers should arrive by 5:25.
  • Palisades will provide refreshments for the parent volunteers working the meet. They have an ice machine and several water bottle fillers, but will not be providing water bottles - please bring your own refillable bottles!

• FOOD/OTHER:
  • The Palisades snack bar will be open for dinner. See the attached menu.
  • Swimmers may not use the leisure pool during the meet.
