We are excited to kick off the season tomorrow, with the first A-MEET vs. FOREST KNOLLS at HOME!

MEET INFORMATION – Merrimack vs. Forest Knolls

  • Date: Saturday, June 13
  • Location: HOME - Merrimack Pool
  • Theme: BLACK and GOLD!

MEET PROGRAM

The meet program is ATTACHED and includes all events, heats, and lane assignments.

  • Please print a copy at home and highlight your swimmer’s events.
  • Programs will not be available for purchase at the pool.

MEET SCHEDULE

  • 7:45 am MERRIMACK SWIMMER ARRIVAL
  • 8:00 am Warm-up MERRIMACK
  • 8:15 am Volunteer check-in
  • 8:20 am OFFICIALS meeting (by the starter at the deep end)
  • 8:25 am Warm-up FOREST KNOLLS
  • 8:30 am TIMERS meeting (in the baby pool)
  • 8:50 am Scratch meeting
  • 9:00 am Meet begins

Swimmers: Please arrive on time, be ready for events early, and remain in the Merrimack team area throughout the meet.

VOLUNTEERS

  • Thank you to everyone who has signed up to help!
  • We still need a Clerk of Course, someone to pick up Ice and Post-Meet Take Down. Sign up HERE.
  • Please arrive by 8:15 AM
  • Gentle reminder – all A meet families are expected to volunteer at every A meet.

FOOD

Mack’s Café operated by Pralines Bakery will be ready to serve breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and coffee. CREDIT CARDS ONLY. NO CASH

POST MEET PIZZA POTLUCK

  • Stay after the meet and hang out with the team! Open to all team members and their families, not just those that are swimming in the A meet.
  • We will provide pizza but please sign up so we can get an accurate headcount!

SATURDAY FUN NIGHT for our 11-14yo swimmers!

8pm-10pm. Please RSVP! This fun social is only for our 11-14yo swimmers who are active members of the team. It’s always a super fun night!

WHAT TO BRING

  • Merrimack or plain suit (no girls’ tie-back suits, per MCSL rules)
  • Merrimack or plain cap (no club caps or suits, per MCSL rules; swimmers may be disqualified)
  • Water bottle(s)
  • Sunscreen
