We can’t wait for our first B-Meet of the season!

Thank you for your patience today as we work to get the meet program ready! We will be emailing it out as a separate email, but wanted to make sure to get the rest of the details out right away!

We appreciate all of our volunteers! You make our meets happen! We still need 2 volunteers to help clean up after!

6/17 B-MEET: Merrimack Vs. Little Falls. Home Meet.

• If you are a swimmer or volunteer and have a last minute day of change, please text your reps: Anna Park at 202-271-6172 and Anne Glass at 202-841-0264.

SCHEDULE:

• Arrival time
  • 4:50 pm (for 11& older swimmers)
  • 5:15pm (10U swimmers)
• Merrimack warm-ups 5:00pm (Warm ups for 11 & up only)
• Volunteer Check-in: 5:00pm-5:20pm
• Stroke & Turn and Timer briefing 5:30pm
• Meet start 6:00pm

REMINDERS:

• Please keep swimmers on the pool deck so coaches can find them for their events.
• No Ping Pong during the meet please!
• The baby pool will be closed.

VOLUNTEERS: We still need 2 people to help put things away after! Thank you parents!

• Arrive by 5:20
• Be sure to CHECK IN with us in the entrance/team area! We will be wearing our Merrimack Team Rep shirts!

FOOD:

• Mack’s Cafe will be open and serving chicken tenders and mac and cheese. Credit cards only.

WEATHER:

The weather looks good, but just in case... we will pause the meet if there is thunder or heavy rain. Upon hearing the first roll of thunder there will be a 30 minute delay. Subsequent thunder resets the clock for another 30 min, with a maximum overall wait of 45 minutes. At Merrimack, waiting locations are limited. Swimmers and families must vacate the pool facilities and deck. Swimmers should wait in the parking lot or in their vehicles.
