Dear Maniacs,

We can’t wait for our second HOME B-Meet of the season! It’s going to be HOT on Wednesday. Please take the heat seriously and stay home if needed. Attending the meet is at your discretion. Health advisory warnings are attached - please review them and come to the meet with a cold beverage, hat, and anything else you need to keep cool. It is important to start hydrating in advance. The diving well will be open for volunteers and older swimmers during breaks and we will use all of our tents to maximize shade. We want to make sure everyone stays hydrated and safe!

Separately, we have a few reminders.

• Please be sure to RSVP for the banquet on 7/19 from 1-4pm here!
• This Saturday 7/4 is our last A meet and our Senior send-off day! All swimmers are encouraged to join us after the meet for swimming and food at Mack's.
• The Mini Meet/Fun Meet is coming up! Please RSVP your swimmer here. 12 and up swimmers are encouraged to sign up to time the minis at their first "meet!" Please click "Jobs" and sign up as the parent.

VOLUNTEERS: Thank you volunteers! WE NEED 8 TIMERS!!!!! SIGN UP! Every family must volunteer at least twice in B meets. (You make meets happen!)

• Arrival time:
  • 4:50 pm for swimmers 11 and older
  • 5:40 pm for 10 and under swimmers
• Merrimack warm-ups: 5:00pm (Warm ups for 11 & up only
• Volunteer Check-in: 5:00pm-5:20pm
• Stroke & Turn briefing: 5:30pm
• Timer briefing: 5:40pm
• Meet start: 6:00pm
